These terms and conditions govern your use of the OzHRMS - Mobile Application provided by Sapio Analytica Pvt Ltd . By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1 Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. 1.2 User Account To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must also maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. 1.3 Appropriate Use You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity. Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the App or the servers and networks connected to the App. Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the App
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design elements, and software, are owned by Sapio Analytica Pvt Ltd or its licensors. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 2.2 Limited License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sapio Analytica Pvt Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. 2.3 Restrictions You shall not: Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without prior written permission from Sapio Analytica Pvt Ltd. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the App.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SAPIO ANALYTICA PVT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
4. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SAPIO ANALYTICA PVT LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sapio Analytica Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
6. Modification of the App and Terms
We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use of the App. We may also terminate these Terms at any time without notice and deny you access to the App for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sapio Analytica Pvt Ltd regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
